This bundle combines the short chapter book Eva Meets Her Inner Team with the 42-card Emotional Skills Cards deck. Together, they provide children and adults with a shared, practical language for navigating difficult emotional moments.

Eva Meets Her Inner Team

In this engaging short chapter book, children meet Eva and the different members of her Inner Team. Through familiar challenges and emotional moments, the story helps children understand that thoughts, feelings and impulses can pull them in different directions and that every member of the team is trying to help in their own way.

The book introduces the Inner Team language through relatable characters, helping children talk about what is happening inside them without turning a difficult moment into a label.

Emotional Skills Cards

The accompanying deck contains 42 psychology-informed cards featuring:

Ideal for children aged five and over, the bundle can be used in homes, classrooms, therapy offices and allied health settings.
