The 3am worries
The Growth Circuit empowers parents with fun, psychology-based tools to raise emotionally aware children.
We teach parents and young people a shared language of emotional resilience through:
- A character-based model (e.g., Negative Nala, Confident Charlie)
- Courses, books, games, and media
This is not a replacement for 1:1 therapy (it is also not 1;1 therapy) but rather a tool to assist parents to engage in fun activities and skills that young people will be able to relate to and build their skills base together.
- Am I messing this up?
What if I’m not teaching them what they need to cope with life? - Teach your child the tools for self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation, so they’re equipped, not overwhelmed.
- Why won’t they talk to me anymore? They shut down every time I ask how they’re feeling... I’m losing connection.
- Learn how to create safe, open moments of insight, even when your child doesn’t have the words.
- Is this a phase or something deeper? They’re angry, withdrawn, or anxious... but is it just hormones or a warning sign?
- Understand your child’s inner world, so you can respond with insight, not fear.
What Makes the growth circuit Different?
Unlike most parenting programs, The Growth Circuit doesn’t just offer advice—it gives you practical, psychology-backed tools you can use with your child in real time. Grounded in emotional development, storytelling, and character-based learning, it’s therapy-informed without being therapy.
This is about connection, not control—and building lifelong skills through playful, everyday interactions.
Hi, I’m Rebecca
Psychologist. Educator. Creator of the Inner Team.
I’ve spent over a decade working as a psychologist with young people and families, listening to their stories, helping them navigate big emotions, and watching the gap grow between therapy and everyday parenting.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
- Parents aren’t broken. They’re just overwhelmed.
And while therapy can be helpful, it often leaves parents wondering “But how do I actually use this at home?”
That’s why I created The Growth Circuit, a place where psychology meets storytelling, creativity, and fun.
Psychology made playful and practical
Parent-first empowerment
Character-led education
The Inner Team characters like Confident Charlie and Negative Nala provide a memorable shared language for emotional awareness, bridging the gap between psychological theory and family connection.
Connecting families one circuit at a time
Designed by a psychologist who is a parent as well
This isn’t just professional, it’s personal. The Growth Circuit™ was created by a registered psychologist who’s also a parent, blending clinical insight with real world parenting. Where resources are grounded in evidence and shaped by lived experience. It’s where science meets the messy, beautiful reality of parenting.
